The master plan for this home was twofold.  When we started the project it was a two family home divided among the first and second floors.  We first converted the unfinished attic space into a new rental apartment.   Separate tenant access was created to the second floor balcony.  Then the first and second floors were reconnected to preserve the original layout of the home.
